ookay, back on topic, what about a file where someone could dress you in something, or nothing, trigger you, and then for the rest of the day you would belive you were still dressed the same, no matter how your clothes were changed.

I struggle with my work persona, (i have to be in charge) it is difficult to switch off sometimes. That is why i love listening to the files, they bring me "down to that place".

Humiliation is such a erotic thing for me, being brought so low, that you become nothing, means freedom in a way.

the weight loss program is also a good humiliating file, when emg says if a guy has no use for you then you are worthless" really is good. I find myself thinking about that when I reach for some chocolate, it is quite effective!

Yea that one is really impressive. But I think some warning should be placed on it. That will give people who are already prone to any sort of eating disorder some serious issues.

I had anorexia 5 years ago and haven't had any issues since. I listened to that file once and found a lot of old habbits coming back. But it was an extremely erotic file for those of us that perfer a head fuck to any other. I've been choping it up and putting the choice bits in other files.
