There are one or two weeks, I discovered the amazing world of self-hypnosis. Since I downloaded countless files always listened, always functional (for most of them).

But damn, how do we do this stuff? I have heard of binaural sounds, accelerators, turbo effects (or these guys would fuck my mouth) ...

I would like to get into the creation of hypnosis mp3 files, but I know nothing and even less if one begins to talk about complicated things without me explain.
