Humiliated wetting

Hey y'all, I'm looking for some files that will help me pee uncontrolably when I wear. however rather than normalizing wetting or making me comfortable with wetting, I want to feel humiliated when I wear or realise I'm wet.

I want to feel humiliated when my Misteess puts me in diapers and I want that feeling continued for the duration I wear.

I also want to feel like I've had control taken away from me when I wear. Many files here focus on making you not notice that you've wet: such as Saranoga's accustomed to wetting.
Those are good files but that is not what I'm looking for.
When I pee I want to notice the urge, not be able to "hold it", and feel humiliated.

What files would y'all suggest to achieve that.
