hi all, just wondered what were the most effective in the feminization area.

please let me know your advice...

Well, that varies wildly from person to person.

Curse files are generally considered the strongest.
But really, any induction that works well for you paired with a file that you agree with subconsciously and intellectually would be one of the most effective for you.

Just don't listen to any files that you aren't willing to intellectually accept the effects of.

I just love the sissy training files!!...watch out for the full monty..omg omg..it is strong. Any of the feminzation files work by emg..have fun!

i have heard that curse stroke sissy is quite strong, but dont start listening if you are not ready
