Best kinds of files for newbies?

Postby Deilia » June 14th, 2009, 11:27 am

Hi!

I am new to hypnosis and have only been working on this for a few weeks. I feel that I am making good progress at trancing, but am not having the effect of the file. I realize that it will take a lot more time and practice on my part and that repetition is key. But I read somewhere in the forums that files that are meant to cause hallucinations later are some of the hardest ones....of course that is exactly the type of file I've been focusing on!

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas about which types of files are...less challenging for someone who is just starting out?

I appreciate any input you can share.

Thanks!!!

Most people experience some difficulty having visual halucinations - seeing something that isn't there, or not seeing something that is actually there. Kinaesthetic halucinations - feeling something not there or the opposite - are usually easier to achieve.
