Help-a-Newbie?

I read somewhere that it would be best, if you're new to hypnosis, to start with some easy inductions or something before moving on to the complicated stuff. Problem is, I can't quite find them, being new to this site.

Could someone maybe recommend some good ones for beginners?

Those phrases in italics are called embedded commands (The entire first sentence is as well, though it's playing a more reinforcing role in this case). They're really obvious when done like that, but vocally, they can be pretty effective and hard to catch. Listening for them will let you decide if you want to let them past your defenses or not.
