Ok for starters i wasn't shure where to post this so i put it here.

I'm just getting into to hypnosis and i'm wondering if anyone has any advice.

But i'm not shure if any of the inductions i've tried are working or not.
I mean i get all relaxed and stuff but i feel so alert whilst i try and trance.

my main interest lays in Transformation. i kinda wanna be a Fox anthro or something.
and i am trying some of the transformation files but am unsure if i'm doing it properly.
