Just a quick question: How do you know exactly when ur in a trance or under. Ive tried some files, and one made me feel tingly, but i felt like I was aware and awake the whole time. And I've tried one that I dont think worked because I moved. I really want this one Bondage file to work so bad, but it hasnt for me. is it my mind or do i need to do something first. what are your suggestions?
