how to feminize oneself

hey i was wondering, i was using files like trigbigboobs and trigwoman files here and there for the past couple of months,but still i don't get any effects. is there any true way of making these effects of the files actually work?cause right now nothings really working.

From what I hear, very few people (if any) ever get those hallucination trigger files to work (i.e. trigwoman, trigboobgrowth,etc.)

you have to get pretty deep into trance for hullicinations, generally speaking. what i tend to recommend is that that you get tranced by a real live person first and make sure that they are aware that you want to use hypnosis recordings to hallucinate with, that way they can work in conjunction with the recording and make it easier to get to the needed level of trance.

of course, you may find that each time you listen that you may go deeper into trance than you ever have been before.
