I downloaded a heap of files and...they are having an effect! now, i'm more of a subliminal person as i tend to leave them running as i do other online stuff...but at the beginning i tried with the relax and listen only as most are designed. so...anyway..hah har!...even so the sublime relax and effect still kinda works upon some auto-suggestive mode and thats cool.
