I feel better today, focusing more on the fact that the trigger works! I shouldn't freak out yet! If the trigger doesn't expire after the 7 days is up on Wednesday then I'll panic. Hopefully, my restating the trigger in writing in my earlier entry doesn't reset the trigger and extend my time in chastity. I went to lunch today and was very conscious of feeling somewhat encased in chastity. Not yet the feeling of a metal chastity belt but I did feel somewhat restrained. I started listening to the file because just hearing EMG's voice controlling me was arousing. The fact that the trigger is actually working is rather frightening. Clearly there is a difference between fantasy of being controlled and being controlled. I'll try to remain calm and trusting.
