MUST DO A little over a week ago, on the Saturday before last, you posted an email in your journal. The email was from Dean, and it was written to trick you into believing that you would spend part of the next day naked and unable to cover yourself, even though you would really be wearing clothes and your body would be acting normally.

Whether or not you normally remember that email, as you read this email, going deeper with every word, you can remember it, and the deeper you go, the better you can remember it, the better you will remember it. Remember that email, remember the suggestions in it, remember how it felt to read those suggestions. Remember how it felt to respond to those suggestions, remember how it felt to realize that you hadn't really been told to be naked and unable to cover yourself. Remember all these things as you read this email and go deeper with every word. As you remember them, feel yourself wanting to write about them in your journal. You want to write about these things in your journal, and you will write about them when you post this email in your journal. This won't feel like something you MUST DO; it will feel like something you want to do because it feels good to show the people who read your journal how hypnotizable you are, and you will do it because it feels good to do it and because you want to do it.

So now, go and post this email in your journal.


I don't remember being particularly impressed by the email that made me think i was naked. I was embarassed throughout the day, yes, but i was also very confused, I couldn't think of any logical reason that noone would comment on me being naked. It was still arousing and embarrassing though.
