Ok so after trying this for a week. I think maybe the 18-45 file is working. w/o knowing what's in the body hard to tell. trying the accelerator a lot. think i go under but i need a safe test.

what would be safe test?

a safe test would either be a post hypnotic suggestion or actually experiencing a visual or physical sensation from a file. But I had that test :) and passed. next journal entry.
