My experience so far

by ivre

I have been listening to the Curse Humiliating Truths file for some time now and finally decided to test it out. A question was asked of me in a forum of my most embarrassing secret. The way the file is supposed to work is that if I don't respond I will get hotter and hotter just thinking about posting and the potential for humiliation. If I do respond, and I find it humiliating, I will get turned on. And if I still choose not to respond, or if I lie in my response, then I will have an overwhelming desire to seek out a humiliation file and listen to it for 3 days. I wanted to see if this would actually happen. What I found was this. After listening to the curse file several times over an extended period of time, the idea of humiliation became more of a turn on for me than it had been previously - though admittedly it was already somewhat of a turn on. Though I did not see any forum topics to which I could reply that I found humiliating, I became more interested in seeking out humiliation training files. When the question was asked of my most embarrassing secret in a public forum, I did not respond right away. The more time that passed between when the question was asked and when I responded brought more temptation to respond as I became more turned on by the idea of impending humiliation. Though I'm not sure that the response to the question is humiliating - I would say that this means that the file is working? Yet, in some ways, I do feel as though this was merely a self fulfilling prophecy, and that I may have responded similarly had I listened to the file or not. Exhibitionist by nature, I think it's natural for me to seek out files that would induce exhibitionism - so the jury is still out for me on how effective I think some of the files are. While I feel that training is possible on anyone, I am not sure where I stand on anyone doing anything that is truly against their will - or out of there control. However I am not closed to this idea. I simply have not experienced it yet.

Most files work this way, I only see the ones in which we forget what we listened to during the file, and then there are effects, but this happens to a certain few people.
