Starting first file *trig shemale*

I decided on my first file and will be keeping track of my progress from day to day. Upon my first listen i relaxed completely and totally but i had a tiny bit of trouble going as deep as i wanted. I figure with repeated listening to file that should clear up. As for the trigger word the only thing i noticed is that when i say it.....i get hard

Hope that it works for you. I suggest you also use visualize help since hallucinations might take a while. Also, an hour at a time seems just right for file listening.
