It really happened. 2 weeks of training have paid off. This time I didn't wake up and I was not able to stop myself. I just had to let it happen. I didn't even force it I just relaxed and then felt the warmness and wetness flood over me. I think I had a big smile on my face as it happened. Enjoying the loss of control, the work that paid off. I think drinking not 1 but 3 glasses of water helped with really setting me up. Sorry for not talking about all my session, but this success just overshadows all. I know that the trigger will not be set until some more listens. I think I will continue my sessions on for at least 2 more weeks. But I will have to look out for my wet clothes. Guess my laundry will get a little more now.
