First, I will admit that I am new to the world of hypnosis, subliminal suggestions, and the like.  In fact, my only experience was when I used hypnosis in my late 20's to quit smoking - which lasted about a year.  I quit for good again in my early 40's, but that was cold turkey.  Still, I have always been fascinated and found this site quite by accident last week.
