I haven't listened to any files in over a week, it is starting to feel like a waste of time for me. Not listening to them is counter to Mistress' wishes and I feel very bad about that but the repeated failures also leaves me feeling pretty low. Sigh, I have the place to myself this afternoon after work so I guess I will try again. Wish me luck.

I wish you luck. Your entry made me think of something that may or may not be accurate. I wonder whether you can listen to a file so much that you memorize it, but don't "internalize" it. If that can happen, then it may be better to put that file aside for a while and listen to another one.

I don't know if I am to that stage as I generally fall asleep soon after the file starts. No trance, just sleep. So I haven't really heard it that many times. I either wake up befor I should or way after I should so things just aren't happening for me yet.
