Just to let you know where I am, I am currently alternating listening between SubTrainTrance, basically when I'm stuck doing paperwork and Suggestible, in order to start building up my suggestibility. This is day two of the patern, both days I've averaged so far about 7 hours listening to SubTrainTrance & twice to 3 times listening to Suggestible (though I think I go 4 times in today so far. After a week of this, I think to test this out I will try TrigFreeze - so that will be next monday. Wish me luck. Dave
