I'd always considered subliminals to be more helpful then normal, trance hypnosis. Because subliminals, can be used more often then not. You could listen to a subliminal file all day, and not have anybody know. You can listen to a subliminal while doing your tax return. Although, that wouldn't be a good idea...you don't want to write/type/wingding "I MUST OBEY" all over the form, now, will you? For now, I'm avoiding controversy and revisiting subliminals tomarrow probably. I can't check at the moment, but if there's a Sub TrainNotShy, man, I'll be heaven.
