The BabyInduction is definitely a lot more effective for me to relax to. I'm not sure if I'm going into trance, but it deeply relaxes me.

I woke up with a very heavy urge to pee, but didn't wake to wet overnight or wet during my sleep. I'm sure ths will ta time, but I'm hopefull to get there eventually.
