It was not in the least pleasant to listen to, and the script pretty lame using progressive relaxation and jumping almost directly to the suggestion stated in the description.

So I reviewed the recording through twice before deeming it safe then listened a third time but letting my mind full in line with it. I'd figured it would take me doing several listen to it before I would see any result. Yet once done I activated the trigger and followed the instructions it gave me. The "restraints" were weak but I assume they'll get stronger the more I do this & I didn't ejaculate I did leak a small dribble some pre-cum for about 15 or so minutes while feeling "someone" playing with my rear.
