    Absolutely brilliant file. I have been having trouble waking up in the middle of the night for months, unable to go back to sleep. I have been listening to this file for a few days and can already see a vast improvement. I can now go back to sleep and have a much better night. And, although this file is super short, every time I listen to it, I get a few minutes of 'sleep' as well and feel great when I wake up. This file should be on prescription instead of sleeping pills! BRAVO!!!!!
