June 2017's Patreon-funded free file is about focusing on the hypnotist's voice in trance, tuning out all other sounds.  Several others of my recordings play in the background, so that you can practice the skill of focusing only on one voice, one track, one set of words; and so that your subconscious mind can practice choosing what suggestions to take in and which to disregard (though the background tracks are themselves mainly just about going into trance).  I enjoyed learning some new skills for the sound editing. :)
