This is the subliminal version of Endless Masculine Energy. In the four different links that are available to you when you buy the file, you will find different versions of the subliminals. Silent subliminal, waterfall subliminal, waterfall subliminal with alpha brainwave isochronic tone, waterfall subliminal with theta brainwave isochronic tone.

Listen to whichever one of those you want for at least an hour a day. For the silent subliminals, the recommended listening time is 8 hours each day or night, and no more than 12. It is not recommended to use headphones with those as they may cause hearing loss at high volumes. Listen to an one of the waterfall files to calibrate the volume and listen to the silent ones at the same volume. You can listen to the isochronic ones with or without headphones.
The alpha brainwaves create a more relaxing experience and open up your unconscious mind to suggestion. You should listen to the theta one before going to bed mainly, as it will probably relax you so much that you will go to sleep while listening.

Attention: Do not listen to any of these files, silent or not, while operating machinery or driving!
