This takes you from trance to a natural sleep, and lets you feel that any suggestions you have received will sink even deeper into your mind while you sleep. Good if you listen to files last thing in the evening, and don't want to finish feeling "refreshed and awake" Can somebody record this please? I don't have a working mic at the moment.
