  • Power Workout Mantra 2.0   ,  
    This is a multilayered direct exhortation with subliminals, designed to be listened to on loop while working out.

    Comparison to original Power Workout Mantra file:

    After using Power Workout Mantra for my daily lifting routine, I noticed some sections were very effective at motivating me and helping me maintain form. Other sections were not so effective, and I was spending time waiting for the good parts to start up before my next set. That's not how this should work, so here's my second go at this project!

    I've selected several highlights from the script, rewrote a bunch of it better, and wrote some more script based on what seemed to work the best.

    I also noticed that even when I concentrate on the mantra, some part of my brain is still doing its own thing, whether distracted to critiquing the mantra itself, or whatever. So now I have two different scripts, one for each ear - I find attempting to focus on both of them fully occupies my mind.

    Finally, I found a few other files on this site were very effective at making me excited about working out because they sexualized the process of working out in some way. But, at the same time, the direct suggestions tended to distract me from my workout. So this file includes a subliminal track with suggestions that sexualize the workout as a means of earning (and intensifying) a sexual self-reward, afterwards.


    Primary layer (left ear) - develops body awareness, fascination with the visual appearance and physical sensations of the muscles being work on

    Secondary layer (right ear) - reinforces the goal of gaining muscle, maintains awareness of the purpose of exercising, the mechanics of muscle growth

    Subliminal layer (background) - develops a fascination with the body's physical strength, encourages an association between working out and sexual pleasure, plants the idea of an after-workout jerk-off as a routine reward for working out, and primes an expectation that the intensity of that reward will be proportional to the intensity of the workout.

    Warning: This file sometimes causes bench boner. If you're not prepared to show that off, dress accordingly.

    do you recommend this file be installed (listened to 100 times) before starting with 4.2? I downloaded 4.2 and used it for my workout today ... very nice ... cut down my cruising and i didn't lift my phone to surf the web. But, I want to know if version2 has content that should be installed first. Are there suggestions in here V2 that are useful and powerful and different than 4.2?

    Version 4.2 is basically a reboot of this one. There's a lot of additional content and I used different techniques picked up from others on this site, but intended to evolve a similar mindset (but with more emphasis on sexualization)
