    I haven't listened to this every day. Even if I was willing to give up all but one hypno file forever, I don't always have *time* to each day. I certainly don't have time for it immediately before my workouts. That said, this file set remains one of my very favorite muscle files. The whole theme of pleasure from the burning of overloaded muscles, the addiction to it, has become an unquestioned part of my life - and the fact that I'm the kind of man who has that addiction, who feeds it, feels incredible. I run into conflict with rest days, and with my trainer (he obviously knows nothing about all this), and with flexing becoming a much less satisfying "hit" than a real workout - but that latter does keep me hungry to get back to the gym! My confidence at being in the gym has soared; I definitely belong there now. Thank you!
