Perfectly loopable. 8hz is too low for humans to actually hear, but is the brainwave that lies directly at the alpha/theta boundary. 16hz is also technically too low, but listening with decent-quality headphones I could tell a difference between having the second beat there and not. Also 8 is Fibonacci number. These are low frequencies, so you may have to adjust your volume up, but do it slowly.
