Welcome! 

In this file, I will induce a trance with my hand paralysis induction. Once you are relaxed and settled comfortably, I will bring up your feelings of guilt and shame at other peoples' judgement, giving you tools to experience pleasure instead of the unpleasant emotions. 

The induction sequence has a moment where I allow wakefulness, but if you would like to continue, you can absolutely ignore that and move on with the file. Do not allow that to interfere with your trance. 

Be aware that you may feel arousal during or after this session, and when you feel people judging you. 

If this is not what you want, I advise you to close this file and instead listen to my file on instilling pride against internalized fatphobia. 

As with all of my files, I weave a safety throughout. You will know that you have all of the power to remove yourself from trance if you ever feel unsafe or unwell. This way, you can go in knowing that I will only lead you to feel, experience, and believe things you already believe deep down. Remember, no hypnotist can convince you something you don't already believe or want.
