Welcome! 

In this file I will be guiding you into a deep and calming trance using my hand paralysis induction. 

Once you are deep in trance, I lead you on a journey of fractionation, which means going in and out of trance, in this case with a trigger word, to increase the depth of this and future trances. 

As with all of my sessions, I weave a wake up back door for you to wake yourself up in case of emergency or if you feel too uncomfortable about any of my suggestions. This way, you can feel comfortable going even deeper, knowing you have this safety in place.
