This file uses relaxing language, and the imagery of swimming in a deep pool to help you enter trance. Once in trance, it gives the 3 triggers, "Deep Trance Now" to help you go into trance, "Wake Up Now" to help you awake, and "Test" to make you itch and test how suggestible you are. I tried to make the triggers an important part of the imagery to make them more real, but this is my first file, and I would love to learn what you think.
