This is a long, very deep loop, with multiple tracks of what I like to think of as "hypno dirty talk." :) It's just about going very deep into trance-- and internalizing the skill of going deep-- but each cycle of the loop will bring you deeper. There is no wakener; not even a suggestion that you'll know when to wake up-- it's written as mainly meant for falling to sleep at night, but for any other use you might want to set a timer or alarm.
