This is a fairly simple hypnotic curse, it curses you to have random accidents.  They could be hours, days or even weeks apart.  They can happen ANYWHERE, at home, work, school, driving, even when you're sleeping.  Essentially anytime you start to need to go you might have an accident and since it happens the moment you notice needing to go you'll never have time to make to the bathroom.  This is a curse and only removable by EMG.
