No, nothing in this file has any suggestions or affirmations about changing yourself into a woman. It was only used as a way to give you perspective to how she feels, being vulnerable and chunky for you to dominate. I'm going to be creating many more files and one like this will be improved on. okay thank you for responding, so far im really enjoying this file and ive gotten alot more dominate with my wife (shes a big girl) but ive noticed one (admitably positive) change is that im very slightly buffer, I don't think im any stronger physically, though my biceps look a bit stronger now
