  • Body Building Machine — $50
This file took third in the June 2008 Scripting challenge. This file will make you into a Body Building Machine that lives to be as freakishly huge as possible. The file increases your sex drive to an almost manic level and while masturbation and sex help, eventually the best outlet is working out and perfecting your body. Soon you are completely obsessed with working out as sex and bodybuilding become inextricably connected.

Hey there, I bought your file, thanks. I have used it twice now, and think that, well -- MOST of it is great. But as a real bodybuilder who is totally committed to achieving the goals in the file already, I still have some problems with it. Two, really, with one minor point on top. First of all, the minor point -- Let's be honest here: the file isn't designed to create an "almost manic" level. It IS designed to create a manic level of sex drive. This leads me to my first point... If all I was up to was pure sex, and I had NO need for sleep, well, then it would be fine. Issue #1: I DO need to sleep. In fact, as a bodybuilder, I need more rest than most people do. Eight hours, when training intensely, should be my MINIMUM. You see, the file is having me see EVERYTHING I DO as something that increases my sex drive. That means that my TRYING TO GO TO SLEEP (which is something to do) is actually increasing my sex drive. RESULT: I'm now having trouble sleeping... because all my mind wants to do is think about muscle growth and sex and how I need to get back in the gym right away. I love that... for a few days! After that, it begins to interfere with my training and ability to concentrate. And THAT is a real problem, if I want to become an Olympia-sized bodybuilding beast. And I do. To achieve my goals, I MUST to have an ability to REST -- where my mind and focus can switch off. Your Bodybuilding Machine file is essentially a "Work Hard, Play Hard" sort of thing... when it needs to be a "Work Hard, Play Hard, Rest Well" sort of thing. I know, I know -- sleep isn't exactly a turn-on. But if you don't get rest, and therefore it interferes with your goals, how is this delivering on the purpose of the file? I hope that you can tweak the file to allow room for the subject to simply drift off gently to sleep and get the rest that is absolutely essential to muscle growth. Perhaps a trigger that is available, that allows you to rest and NOT focus on bodybuilding and sex, until your body is sufficiently recovered. At which point the demand for sex and bodybuilding returns ever more intensely. You Must Focus On Sex, You Must Focus on Bodybuilding, You Must Rest. While on the subject of rest: A note or two here or there about making sure you get sufficient recovery time in from the gym is important too. The file is having me want to -- need to -- work out every single day. And actually, that can cause overtraining, especially in those of us past our mid-thirties (I'm 41). But even in young guys, they still need to take a day off about every fourth day or so, and a week off from the gym every 12-18 weeks or so. You don't grow because you workout. What workouts do is tear down muscle. You grow because you workout and THEN allow your body to recover and heal. And when you heal, your body -- if given proper rest and nutrition -- gives back more than you started with, and you grow bigger. Issue #2, which is about nutrition and dieting -- both directions: Your file also calls me to develop a slim waist... with no mention of the true cycle of bodybuilding, which requires periods of bulking up, where my waist will expand. AND IT SHOULD expand... at least if I ever do hope to achieve the Olympia-sized physique I am absolutely committed to having for myself. The waistline expands, and then it contracts. You bulk up, then you diet down. That is how bodybuilding works. So I feel conflicted. Right now I'm in a bulk-up cycle. But I am now looking at my body -- which I was thrilled with just a week ago, seeing it get bigger -- and I see that my waistline is expanding. And there is growing part of me that is getting deeply unhappy about that. That doesn't work. So I must tell you that -- though for the most part I LOVE your file -- I have decided to stop listening to it, at least until I'm ready to diet down for a competition. Even then, I'm still worried about the sleep, rest and recovery thing. But for now the focus it has on the slim waist is not working for me. I need to LOVE that my body is getting bigger, even if that means a bigger waist for now. Not demand that I have a slim waist at all times. That isn't what bodybuilding is about. So... Major Major Kudos for putting this file together. I think it is absolutely the best hypno file for muscle growth now out there. But it has some flaws, which in my view must be corrected before I can truly make use of it regularly in my life. Best Regards, MuscleGrowthBeast@gmail.com

This file is, hands-down, the best of its kind. If I could get the body mixed with a quick deepener and set it to loop, I would. It\'s a dangerous, insidious file. I especially like its mainly positive language. Negative comments take me out of the moment almost every time. \r\n\r\nOne thing I\'d add is to say to the commenter above me, this file says a few things that are contradictory (unfortunately, no one can keep a 30 inch waist and get bigger), the way I rationalise it is that we face contradictory information all the time, but somehow we find ways to deal with that and make decisions. Part of channelling sexual energy into bodybuilding means using that focus constructively...if that means finding some way to get good sleep, then so be it. Yeah, it makes you horny, but that\'s part of the torment, to get you to achieve your goals, right?

Hey folks. My name is Steve and I was the guy who submitted this file for the WMM contest. First, I do appreciate both of your detailed commentaries on the file. In the most pure sense, you both are absolutely right on all counts. But, I’d like to point out, however, that when I wrote this script quite a few years ago (having only briefly dabbled in self hypnosis), I wanted to make a VERY personalized yet extremely potent script to evaluate its effects. It is very true that many bodybuilding tenets are omitted or, in some cases, even contradictory in my script, but for MY own psyche, things like recuperation are so ingrained into my being that, right or wrong, I merely did not include them in the script – assuming (heh) that my strong convictions and better judgment would “weed out” any conflicts or obvious hazards. I received similar comments from early reviewers about concerns over becoming so sexually obsessed that the listener (me) could be induced over time to resort to rape in order to attempt to satisfy growing sexual urges. In a similar way, I KNEW that such a concern was unfounded, for I absolutely abhor all violence (except between consenting adults! LOL) – especially something as heinous as rape. Again, right or wrong, I chose NOT to further clutter the script with things NOT to do – opting instead for a script whose sole purpose was to allow me to break through a gains plateau… and what better catalyst than never-ended, constantly-increasing sexual desires. I assumed that MY own strong bodybuilding and moral ethics would always prevail.\r\n\r\nAfter pumping the script through a voice synthesizer and listening non stop every night while sleeping for over 2 years, I stumbled on WMM site and decided that I HAD to get our resident evil mind warp guy to add a human touch to my script. Lo and behold, I took 2nd place in his contest – with the ultimate reward… Evil Mind Warp Guy read my script!\r\n\r\nI hope that sheds a little light on the history of this file. If anyone would like to discuss it further, please feel free to drop me a line at buffhypnopig@yahoo.com.\r\n\r\nStay Big and Stay Horny!\r\nSteve\r\n

I have been listening to this almost every night since I got it, and this is incredible -- it truly does change things! I have been doing sleep induction with it since I got it, and it is highly addictive! I'm redoing my workout routine, I'm obsessed with bodybuilding almost every minute, and it's even improved my non-workout life. I'm more task-driven, more goal oriented, I have more energy and stamina, and more productive! One suggestion: possibly in future release a confusion brainwash version? I love those and they're even more effective on me personally.
