Wow I've had very few files have quick and strong effects on me. Within a week of listening while sleeping I had my first involuntary accident. I had the urge and my bladder immediately released the moment I had that sensation. It wasn't even full either. Since then when I wear diapers I often release without noticing at all. Due to unrelated factors I haven't been listening to the file, but I still have accidents. Usually about once a week. I don't remember anything at all about the file. Be careful what you wish for and listen to. I personally don't mind the effects though. In fact, it would be nice to have a bedweting file similar to this.

Well, I have to say that was probably the deepest I've ever gone into trance. I wish I could say what the content of the file was but it's....kinda blurry.
