    This 40 minute hypnosis recording plants a program in the back of your mind. The program is always running, training your body to be bowel incontinent. The effects are gradual but permanent. These muscles are strong in most adults, but as you gradually stop controlling them, they will get seriously weaker. Only listen if you plan on wearing diapers long term.

    This is part 1 - this audio focuses on retraining your bowel muscles. My hypnosis guides you through a muscle un-training exercise that I reverse engineered from research on bowel incontinence training. Instead of training your bowels to be stronger, you learn how to make your muscles weaker. Your body learns to associate wearing clothes with messing, so it becomes easy to let go even in your pants. Your mind learns to go mindless just as you are ready to mess yourself. You have no inhibitions, you don't stop yourself, you just fill your pants.

    As part of this training you must pick one day per week to mess yourself (or more often). As you do this weekly training, you will have the urge to mess yourself more and more. Being consistent is important in re-training your muscles. The more you retrain your body, the sooner you will be truly bowel incontinent.
