I started listening to it on loop on my stereo system Friday night, it is now Sunday afternoon, and I am having accdents, just wetting, but I am having accidents. I\'m scared to stop wearing diapers, but yet I still want to keep on listening...

I was sitting down with this on repeat and I actually peed a little. This is the first file that I\'ve ever actually had that happen with.

I put this on a loop and went for a bike ride. Whilst my bladder was constantly on my mind, nothing happened and control was maintained. \nWhen I stopped and had a drink, a train went thundering past, I forgot all about my bladder and that is when I peed. It was not like a normal pee, a consious decision to give a little push to get the pee flowing, this was just release with no thought of my own. \nIt was quite a bike ride, I must have been listening to it for about 90 minutes before it happened, which I suppose is about 40 times. \nI continued to listen to it on the return journey, and when I stopped and sat down, my bladder literally emptied itself completely. I must have listened to the file about 100 times tonight. \nJust wondering what will happen next!

Any more recent feedback on this? Does it happen all the time, or just in diapers?

FingFang - for me it only happened the time I was listening to the file. The file is for both bladder and bowel, I made a conscious decision before hand that I would not lose control of my bowel. I only lost control of my bladder when my attention was diverted (speeding train). The effect is listed as permanent, but for me, it was only when listening. The file does not not specify what you need to be wearing - i.e. it will work when wearing anything. I have not listened to the file since previous post/report (although I will, when I feel in the mood)

After listening to this for a few days constantly(even at night) I finally noticed a few weird things. Notably, I can\'t tell when I need to go to the bathroom anymore. At all. Sometimes I will feel an urge and nothing will be there, other times I will feel nothing at all until my bladder suddenly spasms and I wet myself on the spot. It is a strange kind of incontinence, but also nice! Being surprised by the results makes it sort of better, somehow.

I listened to this for like half an hour or so while riding my bike. Didn\'t have any accidents, but I definitely felt my bladder spasm when I was putting my bike away.

So, when you're listening should you be able to clearly hear some of the words beneath the song? I listened for a few hours, but I didn't feel very different.... although, I could hear the words, so I'm not sure if I'm listening to it at the correct volume or something.

heard this file for about a good 3 hrs, but I consciously decided that it'll only happen when I feel safe about it. So for two nights I peed myself at home. I was running

Out of clothes. But I wanted it to happen just that when I let go I didn't realise how much easier it was. I was peeing streams everywhere for those 2 nights. I eventually had to mentally decide it was over. And then it was.

So I'll update as I go along with the file x3 Day 1: listened for like approx maybe 6 hours bladder control is definitely hit a bit. I was padded but I managed to flood it and it was like I had no control over it. I can really feel it getting weaker my bladder control, as for my bowels nothing yet

Any other success stories? I'm trying it on loop right now hoping I wet without thinking
