    this file is simply amazing. i start listening and the voice is soothing and the words are interesting and I say, "OK, i guess i won't go into trance, but I'll listen to it like a podcast." then before I know it I hear Sarnoga saying "this is sarnoga signing off" and i know i just finished the best 45 minutes of the day and don't remember a thing! :D
