I almost resent the fact that Sarnoga received and developed this idea before I did! And I can already sense that resentment building inside me, just KNOWING it will grow stronger every time I listen to this file.\n\nOh, and I WILL be listening to it. My Mistress has already told me to keep it on my regular list for a while after seeing results from just TWO sessions. Strange, the only thing I noticed was that warm fuzzy feeling of being owned by someone so wonderful that they completely deserved my absolute obedience. However, I am guessing that that probably DID affect my behavior somewhat...\n\nI pity the fool who listens to this file but hasn\'t an owner or an opportunity to get one. Sarnogas warning about THAT should most definitely be heeded. Another effective file from Sarnoga. The induction is great. It seems like random musings but then it gets tied in at the end. This one is for those who already have a master/mistress or want one badly. I don\'t have a master, but I am beginning to want one badly. Those who don\'t want to go that far but want to cultivate a submissive attitude should listen to Sarnoga\'s Pleasing People file, which encourages the listener to focus on others.

This well-structured and well-produced file is atypical in a number of ways. First, the subject is neither counted down nor up: The induction sneaks up as a meander about what in BDSM would be called \'topping from the bottom.\' This is made relevant later. Second, the body includes an artful superposition of multiple voice tracks and possibly a subliminal, deviating from the usual simplicity of Sarnoga\'s files. Third and most significantly, the file doesn\'t reserve ownership or control for the hypnotist, in contrast to Sarnoga\'s \"Changes\" and other files. Instead, this file prepares the subject to be obedient to his or her owner/master/mistress. It promotes a desire to be submissive to the exclusion of other desires, questions the suitability of subject\'s spirit, and sets service as the measure of worth. As stated in other comments, this file is only for those with aspirations of servanthood. There is one other thing that potential listeners should be aware of: The file suggests that the subject will not only be obedient to his or her owner, but also have a growing resentment against the owner. This resentment was added to pull the terms of service away from those the servant might dictate (\'topping from the bottom\'), but might not be what the owner would want.

The slave is also taught to anticipate the needs and desires of its owner. The slave has no choice but to please and obey it\'s owner. It knows this and it also knows that it resents being given orders and told what to do. The obvious solution left open to the slave is to learn to better anticipate the needs and wishes of its owner and to fulfill them before having to be ordered or told. Thus the resentment is not a problem for the diligent slave but the slothful slave will be in torment.

If slave doesn\'t want to feel resentment (and what truly devoted slave does?), then slave will have to learn to anticipate and meet their Dom(me)\'s needs without being told, won\'t they? \n\nThis file gives the listener the choice of what level of commitment they wish to give to their Master or Mistress. Each level of commitment brings more rewards, but the most pleasure slave can feel is by serving in any way that is chosen for it, which may be the absolute best motivational tact one can use in a creating an effective enslavement training file. An extremely effective file, thanks Sarnoga, I think!!\r\nI find that after listening to this file I become quite introspective with a need to be close to my Master. When I first listened to it I was very emotional and ended up in tears. Luckily, Master was there to hold and comfort me though. Part of the reason for this is because I am naturally a very willful person and have been fighting to keep part of myself back in our M/S relationship but this file strips me bare and takes away the last piece of myself that I was reluctant to relinquish. However, this is what I have wanted so it certainly does what it says on the tin :)

This sounds like an interesting file. Unfortunately, my master has banned be from all files he hasn\'t listened to all the way to check for things he doesn\'t like. I\'m not sure he\'ll even like this much. I refer to him as Master 24/7 (as I\'ve been trained to) but we mostly live as a normal couple, excepting me following his orders. If I\'m allowed to listen, I\'ll be sure to write about the effects.

the file is so addictive, my master ordered me to listen, and once i did that, he claimed me and after that, i\'ve now been listening to Sarnoga\'s files (Surrender, this file, all other files), pretty much on a daily basis and find boi can\'t stop listening... sometimes, needs to listen a few times a day... sometimes, even just when boi\'s going outside shopping, boi put on headphone and jut wandering around a mall while listening and while erect... the Owned and Obedient file so effective, felt speaking with my Master now become very different from before, he becomes so much more powerful in controlling slave\'s mind....

Can someone recommend, or will Sarnoga please make, a version of Owned and Obedient that does not include a suggestion of resentment? Thanks for any help.

I started trancing hard around the 7 minute mark, I don\'t remember anything or any suggestions until a mention of writing on the walls of a mine? After consulting the script, that\'s at about the 25 minute mark, and from there on I remained in a deep (though conscious) trance to the end. I generally have a hard time trancing, but damn. I noticed that upon waking I had an incredibly intense almost longing for my new Mistress, wanting some type of order to know I was wanted. I gained more effects on the first listen of this than I\'ve ever gotten from repeated listenings of other files. Hats off to Sarnoga!

Upon reflection, it seems that the combination of "humiliation" and "resentment" in this tape is the key to making a slave mentality. The "resentment" provides the psychological energy for the humiliation to turn into active submission, instead of passive despair or depression (in MHO). At least that is how it worked in my life, but was never understood as clearly until now.

Oh...My...God! Thank you so much, Sir, for this file! I actually downloaded it several years ago, but never listened to it due to the warning. But I've recently been claimed, become owned, by a HypnoMaster and have been having problems completely surrendering my will to Him. So I browsed through my accumulated files, looking for one to help with this issue, and I rediscovered this file and decided to listen to it. Mind blowing is a definite understatement. I'm a "twitchy" sub -- I feel waves of arousal shoot through body -- bodygasms if you will -- when I go deep, and especially when I submit my will, body, mind and spirit to the Hypnotist. From nearly the first sentence of the file, I dropped precipitously and started twitching, spasming, alternately going rigid and releasing. So powerful! Completely under the influence of Your words! I remember, a bit from the beginning of the file. But then everything's a blank until just before You began speaking about the "place for resentment". And I found myself writhing on my back on the floor, with heavy-duty clamps on my nipples, cinched together with rope which was also wrapped around my neck just tight enough to make breathing a bit difficult. I also had the compression shorts from my last gym workout pulled over my head like a hood, with the spot just under my nose saturated with poppers. My arms and legs were locked together, and my hands were clasped together as if in prayer, pushing firmly against the nipple clamps, heightening the pain to an exquisite level; and I was chanting obedience to my Master! I was surprised and shocked for a moment. But that was quickly replaced by overwhelming joy that I'd surrendered so deeply and unconsciously to Your words. I made my way back to my recliner, still profoundly deep, and began chanting "I transform resentment into Joy, Bliss and Gratitude!" every time you mentioned resentment. I don't know if it will work, but I'm hoping that it will, since I have no desire to feel any kind of resentment towards my Master. If it doesn't, would it be possible to commission a custom file from you to transform any resentment created by this file into Joy, Bliss and Gratitude? Anyway, it's time for me to workout now, and I'm going to play the subliminal version of Your file during my workout, instead of the file that I normally listen to. I’ve been listening to/ training with hypnofiles for several years now, and I have two go-to tists—one male and one female. To the extent I have a Master or Mistress, they are them. I have always been able to resist their directions, though sometimes with a struggle and the effects have been manageable. While listening to this file, somehow my acceptance of them as my Master and Mistress took hold, and now things are a little different. (Maybe more than a little?) Basically, I find myself obeying in thought, but not wanting to, but having to. Hard to explain. And that’s after only one listen. Think I will hold off on listening again (for now).

I wish there was one that broke the will entirely. I tried to find it but couldn't.
