Here's a little file to help you get some enjoyment out of submission. It does come with suggestions to help you feel more submissive, but also installs two little triggers: one that makes you feel most excellent, and another which does the opposite. Sadly for you, these triggers aren't the sort that just anyone can push; it has to be someone else who does it for you. Even better, the triggers help reinforce behavior quite nicely, and make you desire to submit even more, coming around in a nice vicious cycle.
