    This was an odd experience. When I started the file the idea really appealed to me, and I really wanted it to work, then the more EMG talked about the suggestions more I started to find myself going \"oh. . . maybe this wasn\'t a good idea\" then at the end he kind of suggests that anything you do at all could count as productive, and so while the file technically works, it doesn\'t work in a very crazy way. I find myself just going \" Well I cleaned the dishes from this morning so that\'s productive\" and not even thinking it at the time, just whenever I want to masturbate thinking back on the day and picking something I\'ve decided was productive.\n\nThe part about masturbating more often is definitely working though. I think I\'ve been masturbating twice as often since listening to this file.

    The experience Jeshi shared shows what this file can do to you at the beginning. With continued use, it gets more intense and you may find that, while you now masturbate all of the time, you can only get off if you\'ve been VERY productive. Working to complete tasks gets rather arousing, so much so that I suggest keeping a To Do list. And while I really enjoyed this file, I found that it worked better for me after changing the DC offsets from each recording, normalizing the volume throughout and adding binaural beats (of course). I think I may add some silent sound subliminals also - that, or maybe just more cowbell.
