Because the file itself is simply named "4hz binaural", I am leaving this comment long after I'd have preferred to, because the file's title is different on WMM and I couldn't remember enough about it to help me search for it (finally just listened to the first minute in order to look it up). And yet what I do remember is so rewarding, enough to get me to want to listen again: a feeling of deep submission, something like sexual abjection, always feeling mildly surprised and yet also like coming home, all-around good pleasurable vibes.
