Hello nappywetter. I\'m sorry I did not comment sooner, but a lot has been going on as of late. I was really happy that you appreciated the feedback so much to actually record this! Although I haven\'t had time to listen to the file lately (Hurricane Issac mess >_<), I really enjoyed it when I listened to it, and I noticed myself drifting and blanking out very easily with the file. I forget if I wet the times when I listened though, but I do plan on going to sleep with this every night in diapers when I have the chance as it is very nice to loop and sleep to. I\'m sure I will see results.

What is this file about? True control is a little ambiguous...

It is designed to encourage wetting whilst you sleep by making you feel that you are entirely free to wet and that wetting freely and without thinking about it is in fact the ultimate and true controil of your bladder. It is intended to overcome any feeling that you are surrendering control by wetting because, if you wet because you want to wet that is actually regaining control for yourself from those who potty trained you and made you think you only had control when you peed in a place approved by them. This tape tells you that your nappy is the place to pee, that it is there for that purpose, it is why you are wearing it. I have found, perhaps helped by the fact that it is recorded in my own voice and has water noises, that I can now wet my nappies without thinking about it when I\'m awake or barely awake and that sometimes I do wet at night without waking to the need to do it. I\'d love to hear form other people who have downloaded it and tried it or who have recorded the text in their own voices.

I am wondering about making another file going further back to try to emphasize that as children we surrendered control of our bladders to the demands of society, to our mothers and nannies and others who required or induced us to be potty trained and that we are now free to regain that control for ourselves, to take it back and use it or not as we want not as we have been taught. Does anybody think such an approach would be helpful?
