This file teaches you a trigger to control and feel phantom limbs, by deciding the target body that you want, and giving you a method of how to copy the feeling of that target over your own body, at will. This file doesn't let you see your phantom limbs or changes. That will be in a future file (On a "When it's done" basis) Effects improve with repeated listenings, and use of the triggers.
