Seems really interesting, just one question: is it permanent or can I shut it on/off with the trigger? Just to be safe

I put suggestions in all my files that if you want any or all of it to stop you can. the hearing women part is a trigger, while the noticing body language is a skill you naturally develop.

I would say the maximum is 40 minutes twice a day, the only problem is that its very short and can probably get annoying after a while. I have been remaking my files to be 20 minutes so that you only have to listen twice for a 40 minute session. You could just listen to it while doing other things though. Email me.

That was the whole point of What Women Want, which is where I got the idea from. I want to redo this file as well to twenty minutes.

I only recently listened to it for the first time, and I have two questions: a) Do you have got some feedback how long it took others until they noticed some changes or even hearing the thoughts? b) Is it important to actually listen to what it says or does it still work if I read a book while i listen to the file? Of course, I must know the triggers, but I know those after listening once. So does the subconcious mind take suggestions when I don\'t actually understand the words consciously but focus on something different?

I think with training its very possible to listen to a file and get all of the effects you want from it. Since you admitted to being new to this stuff, I think it depends if you listen to it for a while and if you make no progress then this file is probably too much for you right now. Although, I suspect being able to notice womens cues better should be easier to do. I suggest listening to the newer file as it is better in everything. Sorry, but no I haven\'t not gotten any help with feedback whatsoever.
