I listen to this file regularly and I find it to be very helpful.

I love this file. LHJ has a great voice and the suggestions are right on target. It\'s a little on the long side though.

WARNING PEOPLE: This file WORKS! I listen to it as I go to bed and let it loop. The first evening, I had a dream about other people finding me listening to the file. Found that odd. Have listened to it while drifting off to sleep for a few days now, letting it loop as I sleep. My chastity device is now part of me, I enjoy it, tis actually comfortable. I don't want to masturbate... instead, I'm being quite productive with my time. Lockedhypnojock, thank you for this file. If there's any way to get a personal session with you, I'm game for that... wherever I need to go ;)

I love this, love Lockedhynpojock's voice. Listen to it as often as I can, looping endlessly, earphones in while I was gardening yesterday, when I go to sleep. Am on day 32 of being locked. Started with this file a few days ago when I was feeling a bit scared about how long the chastity app would keep me locked after stupidly adding double up cards. It has calmed me down. I think it has really helped me. It doesn't do trance but just feels reassuring, has helped me accept being locked. Have to agree with hypnoscatskin, "You are a good boy. Chastity makes your horny. A horn chaste boy is a good boy" makes me hard in my cage.

I'm a pretty hung guy so finding a chastity device for my size is a bit difficult. I'm going to try this and if anything happens I'll comment again.

I like the idea of this, but the white noise is VERY distracting. Wish the vocals were easier to hear.

Really really good file. The only challenge I had is that LockedHypnoJock’s voice is VERY arousing for me… so definitely felt some of that discomfort from the restriction (as he alludes to in the file). I’m new to chastity (after a few false starts, I’ve been locked for 4 days) but recommend this file if you need / want reinforcement.

Hard to listen to because of the combination of white noise and rapid pulse binaural.
