Another one of my little scripts that I combine with other files to make a complete nightly script. This one is meant to be added after the Obey trigger script of mine after you are already in a trance and have listened to a deepener, and it will bring your conscious mind up out of trance while leaving your body too relaxed to move, and then put you back under with the trigger word, encouraging you to try to resist going to a trance state, because it is based on resistance making people go deeper into a trance state. I would listen to the script that adds the trigger for a week or two, until you feel that you are helplessly relaxing each time you year the trigger word.
