This is a file I recorded for homework in a recent hypnosis class. ;) Playing around with confusion-based inductions and isochronic tones. It ends with a gentle transition into dreams directed by your subconscious. There is no explicit awakener, but the isochronic tone background track speeds up again at the end, which you may find brings you gracefully back to wakefulness.
